How to Negotiate Pricing With Roofing Sub Contractors

How to Negotiate Pricing With Roofing Sub Contractors

Make The Subcontractor Earn The Pay

My best tip would be to make your new a subcontractor prove himself before they would receive your full Master payment status (Prove & Earn).
New Subcontractor – Entry Level:
$80.00 per square for 30 days to see the quality of the workmanship and passes your inspection and has no complaints or service calls for the past 30 days.
Experienced Subcontractor – Journeymen Level:
$90.00 per square for 30 days to see the quality of the workmanship and passes your inspection and has no complaints or service calls for the past 60 days.
Master Subcontractor – Master Level:
$100.00 per square for 30 days to see the quality of the workmanship and passes your inspection and has no complaints or service calls for the past 90 days.
Also have a repair agreement were the subcontractor has 48 hours to complete a repairs and if the repair is not completed and another person needs to complete the necessary repair the subcontractor will have a $500 charge back fee.
